ORDER PROCESSING

Each piece at Maya’s Rituals is prepared with care and attention to detail.

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or holidays.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (international shipping)

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related factors beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as your order makes its journey to you.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with the subject line “Order Cancellation”.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please notify us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email.

If contacted within 24 hours, we will do our best to update the address.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.


DAMAGED ITEMS

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
